ARCA Behind the Pass x Schilo Van Coevorden

On Thursday 9th February, Taiko Executive Chef, Schilo Van Coevorden will join Henrique Sá Pessoa for the third edition of ARCA Behind the Pass, a series of exciting chef collaborations!

Award-winning restaurant Taiko, at Amsterdam’s Conservatorium hotel, redefines contemporary Asian cuisine, whilst ARCA brings to life modern Portuguese cuisine with Asian influences, so the two are the perfect match and we can’t wait for these two award-winning chefs to get together!

Whilst you might be used to chef Schilo crafting Taiko’s exquisite Asian masterpieces, and Henrique masterminding the pass of ARCA’s modern Portuguese kitchen, especially for the 3rd edition of ARCA Behind the Pass, the award-winning chefs will be switching roles. For one night only, Schilo will be bringing his Asian flavours and favourite ingredients into Portuguese classics, whilst Henrique will be adding his spin to Asian delicacies through his signature Portuguese ingredients.
